A Sports Figure Worthy of the Title–“Role Model”

Even though I am an Iowa Hawkeye fan I have to give Michigan State Quarterback, Kirk Cousins, props for the speech he gave at the Big Ten Conference’s Football Kickoff Luncheon:

With one scandal after another being ever present amongst college football players, Kirk Cousins, is a breath of fresh air and somebody worthy of our kids to look up to as a role model.

I think I’ll be rooting for the Spartans and this guy this season.

Except when they play the Hawkeyes that is, my enthusiasm for the young man can only go so far .
